Once dedicated to the marketing and design needs of the agriculture industry, one local company has rebranded, reorganized, and is now making its own waves as it begins life anew.

Although the name is new, the design firm is not. For nearly 20 years, Make Waves Design was known as AgriDesigns, an agency dedicated to helping businesses create an online presence and way to engage with customers.
“We began with the simple mission of helping businesses in the agriculture industry build an online presence. While we were successful at helping those businesses succeed online we began to realize we were limited in our reach.”

Nessler said the rebranding was needed to help those non-ag businesses find their way to her company. Some of her clients include Fiori’s Butcher Shoppe, AMPWRX, Mango Crazy, Estate Crush, ScotchMe! Scotch Whisky, Lodi Sandhill Crane Association, The California Prune Board, Stama Winery, Willow Tree Children’s Boutique, and Vintage Limousine Service just to name a few.
As more and more people begin turning their talents and skills into small-business ventures, Make Waves Designs is striving to be ready to help those businesses grow and thrive.

“Make Waves Design was formed in 2020 in response to a growing and ever-changing business landscape,” Nessler said. “Many people lost their livelihoods last year. There will be quite a few who start their own business or need help increasing an existing business presence.”
